With your back against the chair and your feet firmly on the floor, squeeze your abs by pulling your belly button toward your spine, hold for a 3-count of “Squeeze It In” and release. Next squeeze your bottom (glutes) and hold for a 3-count of “Squeeze It In” and release. Remember to breathe throughout this exercise. Complete 2 sets of 12 or perform several throughout the day.
These moves are so subtle, your co-workers will never know you squeezed in a workout at work!
