SqueezeItIn Guest Blogging Guidelines
SqueezeItIn.com GirlsWould you like to guest blog on SqueezeItIn.com?
Click here to see some of the great guest posts we’ve already featured. They are a wonderful example of the guidelines that follow.
If you have agreed to guest blog on SqueezeItIn.com, please include the following:
1. If you are blogging on the topic of NUTRITION: Please send us a word document containing four (4) short posts – no greater than 500 words – about clever and effective ways to “squeeze in” nutrition. These posts can be lighthearted and fun or straightforward and should be written with busy women in mind. The formula of fact + action has worked well for others – share a surprising fact or finding and then recommend a way readers can put that info into action to improve their health, nutrition, etc. Posts can include recipes, strategies, tips, snacks, etc. (We prefer to avoid fat and sugar substitutes – aka fake fats and sugars.)
2. If you are sharing RECIPES: Please send us clever and easy recipes that will help busy women “squeeze in” nutrition to their daily diets. Recipes should be original works (from your book/blog/website) and, when possible, per serving nutrition information for each recipe is appreciated. (We prefer to avoid fat and sugar substitutes – aka fake fats and sugars.)
3. BIO – Please include a short bio for inclusion in each post.
4. IMAGES – Please attached a .jpg of your photo and/or logo or book cover or finished recipe. (We may include stock photos in your post.)
5. LINKS – We are happy to link back to your site/blog/facebook – please let us know which links you would like us to include.
In return we will promote your guest posts through Twitter, Facebook, and our e-newsletter. We hope you’ll promote your guest posts to your followers, as well, and you have our permission to link to our site to do so!
Thank you for your interest in guest blogging with SqueezeItIn.com!
