5-Anywhere: Ab Squeeze

It doesn’t get any easier than this simple and effective ab toner! Here’s the second of our 5-Anywhere exercises you can do virtually anywhere, anytime.  Life’s a gym.  Work it out!

Pull your belly button in toward your spine.  Hold this position for 10-15 seconds then release. Repeat.  Remember to breathe throughout this exercise.  Perform this move throughout the day.
