Video: Legs In Line
SqueezeItIn.com Girls | January 6, 2010Make the most of waiting in line with our Legs In Line move.
While standing at your cart lift one leg off the ground with toes pointed up and heel down. Slowly move your foot in clockwise circles. Keep this movement slow and controlled, focusing on using your inner thigh to bring the leg around. After 30 seconds, reverse direction and make counterclockwise circles, focusing on using your outer thigh muscle to move the leg around.
Variation: To make this exercise more challenging let go of the cart. Make sure to engage your abs to maintain your balance.
Legs in Line is one of six exercises featured on our new Grocery Girls Totes. Available in black and sand, this durable shopping tote is 100% recyclable and features a Clip ‘n Carry Exercise Card with descriptions of the exercises you can tuck in your bag or share with a friend.
