Holding on to your sink with one hand, bring one knee up in front of your body. Engage your abs. Leading with the heel of your raised leg, take the leg back (kneecap now pointing to the ground), now bring the leg around and up in front of the body again. (See video.) Do not let your foot touch the ground between reps. Continue this exercise for a set of 12 before switching legs. Keep abs engaged and the movement slow and controlled throughout.

I have two kids and no time to exercise. But I want to lose weight and tone my body… Hopefully Squeeze It In will work for me! It looks fun and easy and not at all time consuming. Thanks for the creativity!!
I always try to walk at least 30 min per day and my body can really feel the difference. Even at home I try to exercise, do a lil workout every 3-4 hours, 40 abdomens and some push-ups can really make the difference.
