With car safely in park, extend your right arm placing your right hand on the steering wheel.  Bring left arm across body and reach hand down and around your seat.  Turn your body to the right from your waist.  Bring your head around and look over your right shoulder stretching your neck.  Hold this stretch for a 3-count of “Squeeze-It-In” before coming back to the starting position.  Switch sides and repeat stretch.
