To celebrate Labor Day we are rolling out our new SqueezeItIn.com office exercise videos!  Every Wednesday for the remainder of September we will post an office exercise video to get you movin’ and groovin’ at work.

While holding the phone in one hand extend the opposite arm out to the side with fingers pointed.  Start a slow and controlled circular movement going forward for 30 seconds, then backward for 30 seconds. (See video.)

When you have completed your circles, working with the same arm, slowly raise up for a 3-count of “Squeeze-It-In” and then lower for another 3-count of “Squeeze-It-In.” (See video.)

Focus on creating your own resistance while performing these small and controlled movements.  Keep your arm and fingers straight throughout. 

Complete two minutes on one arm before switching sides.
