Video: Call to Arms
admin | September 7, 2009Let your next conference call be your Call to Arms!
While holding the phone in one hand extend the opposite arm out to the side with fingers pointed. Start a slow and controlled circular movement going forward for 30 seconds, then backward for 30 seconds. (See video.)
When you have completed your circles, working with the same arm, slowly raise up for a 3-count of “Squeeze-It-In” and then lower for another 3-count of “Squeeze-It-In.” (See video.)
Focus on creating your own resistance while performing these small and controlled movements. Keep your arm and fingers straight throughout.
Complete two minutes on one arm before switching sides.

These are the best kinds of exercise for a 73-year-old cancer survivor! I’m excited to use the time I have otherwise spent resting, etc. in doing worthwhile “squeezeitin” routines. Thanks for giving us so many ideas and keeping them coming.
Thanks a lot for the Call to Arms tip. I plan to do this exercise frequently as my arms are a liffle flabby. Will keep you posted as to the results.
