Football Friday: The LateralSqueezeItIn.com Girls
This exercise can be done while sitting or standing and watching the game.
Keep your back straight and core engaged throughout this exercise. With elbow bent hold football in front of you parallel to your chest. (See photo.)
Squeeze the football to create tension and resistance and extend your arm straight across your body. (See photo.) Bring your arm back to starting position.
Repeat until you have completed 2 sets of 12 with each arm.
