This exercise can be done anywhere using a wall or, in this case, a refrigerator.

Women's chest exercises

Lower body toward the refrigerator, keeping back and legs straight. Push yourself back up to starting position. Remember to engage your core throughout this exercise.

Repeat for 2 sets of 12.

Variation:

Move farther back from the refrigerator to make this exercise a little more challenging.

I love these common sense excersises ! I do have a gym in my basement so I have no excuse but I like being upstairs. I usually will take a walk in the morning or evening but while I am cooking dinner or doing chores around the house I love that I can just remember some of the things you have shown us and just do them. I try and do tummy tucks in my car while I am driving and butt tucks, I will put on some good beat type music and squeeze to the beat. But I never thought to do them while I was cleaning. Love it, thank you so much for sharing with us. I would like to add your link to my web site if that is okay. Have a blessed day, Jeannie
