Exercise: Inner-Child Inner-Thigh Slimmer

Stack those hips and squeeze those abs!
Lie on your side with your arm under your head for support. Your hips should be stacked one on top of the other. Bring your top leg forward and place that foot flat on the floor in front of the bottom knee. (See photo.)

Don't lift leg too high!
Lift the bottom leg hold it up for a count of three (repeating SQUEEZE-IT-IN to keep count) and then slowly lower leg without letting your foot touch the ground.
Do this exercise for 2 sets of 12 and add a third set of 12 small pulses. Switch sides and repeat.
Note: Your bottom leg should be the only part of your body to move. Focus on inner thigh as you raise and lower your leg. Squeeze in your abs and keep them engaged throughout this exercise.
