We are so glad that you have found us and we want to make sure that you keep coming back. Each week we will introduce even more SqueezeItIn.com exercises for women along with some helpful hints from the world of fitness.
For many of us the “ to-do list” is long and exercise either isn’t on it or is the first thing to get pushed off. We think it can be different. At SqueezeItIn.com, we believe exercise can be part of every chore, errand, and task, and we are here to show you how!
While doing these exercises if 2 sets of 12 seems too easy add more reps. But if you find that an exercise is more challenging and it could be too much of a struggle to reach 12 repetitions, then set a realistic goal for yourself and work your way up.
Working out does not have to be all or nothing. It can be done in as little as three 10-minute workout bursts of moderate intensity activity. By incorporating the SqueezeItIn.com exercises into your every day routine you will be adding great benefit to your body, mind and soul.

I have had so much fun with this website. I am doing Hot Squats while brushing my teeth and laundry legs while filling and emptying the dishwasher. This is so awesome and I am feeling the results.
I am definately going to try some of these this summer and fall. I am off for summer break and could use some toning to my ever changing pregnant body, not too much though.
