Our earliest fans may have noticed some significant changes to the SqueezeItIn.com site in the last few days.  We’re moving this puppy closer to the pad and preparing for launch!  Any day now, we’ll be asking you to help us spread the word about our fabulous new fitness initiative.  Stay tuned!

    Hi Jenny,
    I was introduced to your website at this past week’s BNI meeting. Found your site fun and informative. May I suggest that you add some “squeeze it in” exercises for the working gal? I spend alot of time sitting in my car, at meetings and at my desk (on my computer). Great job! I’ve already shared it with several friends. Jen

    I read an article about your site in the Washington Post Health section early this morning (4:30) and couldn’t wait to look you up. I keep forgetting how easy it is to do little things throughout the day. You ladies have given me some much-needed motivation and I (and many other women, I’m sure) thank you for that.     Looks like short easy things I can incorporate into everyday tasks w/o feeling like I have to find time after a long tiring day at work to do some excerising.

    Wow, what great ideas. I had started doing side steps a few months ago while brushing my teeth, doing hot rollers, etc. just to burn some extra calories while dieting. Didn’t even think of any of these things. I read about your site in the Sacramento Bee newspaper and have been telling all my friends. Could use some for driving in car and office. Work pretty much a 12 hour day 5 days a week then on call so exercising is not what I’m longing for at the end of the day.
    I’m now rotating your exercises while getting ready in the morning and at bedtime.
